This Christmas Season has been a very special one for us, being Jack's first Christmas and all. He brings such a sweet Peace to our family. He is such a miracle and a joy. He loves to look at the Christmas Tree with it's lights on.
As I think of our Savior, my heart is full. I have been thinking a lot about Charity, "the pure love of Christ." and how many charitable acts have been done for me in my life. I have also thought about my "charity level". If we could only think so kindly all year as we do at this time of year, what a more peaceful world we would live in. I was laying by our Christmas tree one night a few weeks ago. Being very stressed and weary from a long day of mommy-ness and having several things weighing on my mind, the tears began to flow. As my eyes got wet, the lights on our tree glistened through my tears and I felt my Savior's love envelope me. I knew that everything was going to be okay. I know that my Savior lives and know's me and I am thankful for this Christmas season to be reminded so deeply of His love for me.
